  1. I’ve just started the OMAD fasting. I’m doing fine with the one meal and I even do 48 hour fast once a week. My problem is I can’t eat enough calories when it’s time to eat. My stomach is small and I struggle to eat. I should be consuming 3000 per day. Sometimes I can only manage 600/1200. I need a small amount of food packed full of healthy calories. My macro is 60/30/10. (Healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates). Any tips on what to eat so I can reach 2000 calories at a minimum.

  2. What are the benefits of a longer fast? After about a day, we do not have any more glycogen in our bodies, which is the direct fuel for our brains to function. I'm kind of an anatomy/physiology nerd. 🙂

  3. YES! I actually just looked up this video getting ready to break my fast and wondering if I can be doing it better. Turns out: I can!! Thank you Autumn!

  4. Keto coffee breaks your fast. Sorry but you are not teaching Intermittent fasting but you are teaching dieting. Your plan is really a diet. Fasting means eating or drinking nothing during your fasting window(BLACK coffee and water are fine but not keto coffee) and having no restrictions during your eating window.

  5. Great video. I've been breaking my fast with a homemade juice with a juicer. The veggies I usually do is spinach, cucumber, celery, carrot, beet and apple juice. Is that ok?

  6. So grateful to have stumbled across your channel! I have a veg/chicken/egg stifry for breakfast on the regular, with my water and apc..and I LOVE cream and sugar (reasonable amount!) with my coffee afterwards. Am I screwing myself ? 🤔
