  1. I love her 💕 Coming from a non-athlete, nothing she does is for beginners, but it will make you strong. I completed BBG 3x and still can't do it as effortlessly as she does. She makes it seem so easy. For me, the bbg 1 feels like a hitt workout everyday. I don't do it anymore, but it definately increased my fitness level and strength.

  2. I did this workout…haven't been able to walk for two days….my legs are so sore!! I didn't think I was that unfit! Going to try it again when they've returned to normal. I can't believe this is supposed to be beginner! Has anyone else experienced muscle soreness after?

  3. Would be great to have more full-length no equipment BBG videos, like arms back and abs workout and also a full body workout video. Also maybe working out in a gym would be more enjoyable to watch.
