  1. Didi me aapke sare vidio dekhti hu aur such me bhot motivation milta hai. Mera wait 95 kg hai aur muje keto karna hai I live in USA. Aur me Vegetarian hu mene try kiya tha 15 din pehle aur bhut achha lga muje keto karne me but ye me continue nhi kar pai because veg options nhi milta to me kya kru… kya aap muje veg options vala day bta sakte ho.. bhot help ho jayegi vegetarian log jo hai unko

  2. I personally think that for weight loss one has to eat 500 calories less than what you burn in a full one day. So if you burn 1500 calories in a day then eat 1000 calories only and besides that don't eat after 7 or 7:30pm in evening and do 30 minutes of work out daily . Weight loss will certainly happen.

Hi ,Ritu meia Punjab ke sirhind city se hu, Mera weight bi phela bhut jayada tha, meia married hu, meri post pregnancy ke baad Mera weight 88.5 kg ho Gaya tha, meina gym join kiya, aur intermetting diet flow ki ,Mera eating timming 11 a.m to 7 p.m hai, aur abhi mera weight 67 kg hai, Ritu app bi intermitting diet flow kero, the best results hai, meina yeh weight sirf 3 months meia loss kiya hai. Isse weight bhut jayada jaldi Kam hota hai.

  4. Reply plz if i di if 16:8 from 12 pm to 8 pm for 10 day or 1 month is it compulsory to maintain same time 12 to 8 or we can change due to some busy time like one day 11 to 7 or otherday day 1 to 9
