Hey, I thought I’d let you know if you didn’t already but Tammy now has an app and you can do a free trial for 7 days and she has a few ab workouts and full body etc and I sort of just took a few notes as a guide and it’s helped a bunch 🙂

i use the sworkit apps, they have an app for each part of your body & it's so good. i would also reccommend streaks workout app, and 5 min workout app x
