Great video man. Thanks. I need your advice. I m 1.85m ( height) and 78kg ( weight). Age 24 years old. So can people like me workout everyday ? I mean if I will workout 5-6 day a week and eat 4000 calories a day with 200g of protein and 400g of carbs its ok ? How fast i can gain 10kg of weight?
