I've been feeling so unfit and just blah for several months even though I exercise every day. This 14-day plan is really changing my perspective and helping combat negative self-talk. I really can't thank you enough.
"Contemplating our life choices"–I LOVE that! I was able to do the whole thing (although my squats were a lot shallower than yours). I think I need to strengthen my back a little so that I can go heavier with the weights next time (three-pounders this time). And it was SO FUN to hear my name at the end! Woo Doggies, that was a good one!!!! I got through the first round with my 10lbs, then dropped to 8lbs for the last two rounds. I'm gonna be feeling that one for a couple days!
I started with a weight that initially felt good but ended up being a little too challenging. My heart rate went uncomfortably high, so I ditched the weights halfway thru the second circuit. I'll revisit this workout again with a lower weight so my heart rate doesn't go sky high. Even though I modified, this was a fun challenge!

Lighter 3kg hand weights with weighted vest worked well for me. Ty
