  1. OMG!! I love these compound exercises! Really got the heart rate up! I'm a sweaty mess! The part about needing more recovery time really resonated with me. I've been feeling so unfit and just blah for several months even though I exercise every day. This 14-day plan is really changing my perspective and helping combat negative self-talk. I really can't thank you enough.

"Contemplating our life choices"–I LOVE that!  I was able to do the whole thing (although my squats were a lot shallower than yours).  I think I need to strengthen my back a little so that I can go heavier with the weights next time (three-pounders this time).  And it was SO FUN to hear my name at the end!   Thanks for another good one, Pahla.

  3. I started with a weight that initially felt good but ended up being a little too challenging. My heart rate went uncomfortably high, so I ditched the weights halfway thru the second circuit. I'll revisit this workout again with a lower weight so my heart rate doesn't go sky high. Even though I modified, this was a fun challenge!
