  1. I have been taking this weight loss program “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) for several days today and until now I adore them! They offer me lots of strength and control my desire for foods, however I do NOT crash once they wear off which I love, and they also don`t make me jittery. I have not changed other things I am doing and have lost 7 lbs. .

  2. Idk if anyone was initially confused like I was with the workout thinking it was a lot to do for it to just be 16 minutes. I watched again and basically you can do one exercise like sprints for 8 sets 30 seconds on 90 seconds off and that would be your HIIT workout that’s about 15 minutes. Or you can do high knees for 8 sets 30 seconds on 90 seconds off and etc with the other workouts. Or you can mix it up and do four of the workouts for two sets 30 seconds on 90 seconds off and it is also about 15 minutes. Mixing it up is probably best to target more areas. Hope this helps if anyone was also confused at first.

  3. I plan on doing this for a month and I started this today and im already in pain 😂 but..im 204 pounds and im a 12 year old girl so i rlly need this 🤷‍♀️ so imma keep going lol

  4. I just did the “mix it up” version after fifteen minutes of warm up jogging, and my legs are sooo tired 😭🔫 I’m happy I did it though, and I’m gonna try work out three times each week (as a start) and see where it goes from there. Wish me luck 😅

  5. It would have been much better if I uncovered this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a couple of years back. For 3 weeks of following the programs, I shed TWELVE lbs There is certainly still need of work outs even just a few times weekly as well as the meals to consume should be ideal. It showed remarkable outcomes for me. I surely highly recommend the item, wish it works as great for you as it does for me. .

  6. Going to try this for 1 week. I started today in the morning and I did only jumping jacks. I'll update next Saturday which is a week from today.
