    jumping squats- 30 seconds

    jumping jacks- 1 min

    jumping squats x2 – 30 seconds

    side leg lift – 1 min

    jumping squats x3 – 30 seconds

    weight squats- 45 seconds

    over head weight squats- 45 seconds

    mountain climbers- 1 min

    up and down plank- 1 min

    leg lift- 1 min

    fire hydrant- 1 min

    ABS
