  1. I came up with the idea of making a compilation of all my booty workouts without equipment because I think some of you want a longer workout version.   4. Que opinan las mujeres de un hombre con buena nalga? Ya que quiero hacer este tipo de ejercicios xq estoy bien desnalgado, pero no se si sea necesario, que opinan? Lo voy hacer x 30 días y les cuento; ya también he hecho retos de tren superior y me han funcionado de maravilla!! Pero ahora pienso darle duro a la pierna a ver como me va 😀
