1. Working out for me is Cross Country and my school has a gym where I follow a program so I try to get there twice a week with XC training also being twice a week when the XC season finishes I will go into netball season 🤗. It was a great video Shari as it was very realistic especially for high school students 😆😆

  2. Oh girl I’m a long distance runner so I know how hard speed workouts are. Imagine racing a mile, running an 1000 m, then doing an 800 m. THE SECOND WEEK OF TRACK. Yup.

Dont tell anyone because I dont want them to get mad but I like you the best. 8 passenegers is so good and I love them all them all and they are so sweet like Abby, and Julie has so many good ideas. and Chad is sooo funny and tough, and Eve is cute and creative, Russel is always happy no matter what happens the big smile on his face brings me a big smile, and Kevin I feel like he is better of as a comidean lol, and Ruby I love how you treat your children and everything, But like they say god is the pencil that makes the world and Shari is the highliter that makes it better.   4. My workout is doing yoga because I only like doing yoga. It goes something like this: warm up routine, like 2 random routines for who knows what, a power routine, an ab routine, then an arm routine

  5. Wow you’re workout routine is very complex lol.
    I just do planks, pushups, squats, lift weights, heel workout, and an ab workout.
    I don’t run cuz I am too awkward lol.
