Hi Cristina first off I wanna say I love love love your workouts … one thing I really struggle with however is really feeling the sensation of “ pushing through my heels” on leg days and this in turn makes me afraid of performing certain exercises because my quads take over I’ve tried flat shoes I were converse as well as glute activation buy my hamstrings and glutes str stubborn any advice
