Hi Cristina first off I wanna say I love love love your workouts … one thing I really struggle with however is really feeling the sensation of “ pushing through my heels” on leg days and this in turn makes me afraid of performing certain exercises because my quads take over I’ve tried flat shoes I were converse as well as glute activation buy my hamstrings and glutes str stubborn any advice

I love doing intervals on the stair mill, too! I also walk sideways, both sides, and it really helps to challenge me and also pass the time quickly!
Are you ever still sore from your first leg day on your second leg day? If so, do you do anything different? BTW love this look on you 😍
