1. Can anyone advise me what she means by “2 to 3 times in total of 3 to 4 times round”? Im not sure what she means cos im a beginner. Issit i need to repeat the whole set? But how many times she means? 2 to 3 or 3 to 4? Thanks experts

  5. I love this workout!! My resistance band is unfortunately too strong so I couldn’t follow along but I really loved the tricep extension in particular!
