  1. This was a nice one for Pilates basics that I can have my kids do. Speaking to that, I think it would be great to have a weeklong series of Pilates for kids. Something like the Kids and Teens Yoga you have.

  2. Thanks I use your work outs daily. Love them all! I do have a question… whenever I place my hands behind my back either, either flat or hand held I get this strange almost a pinch and it’s every time. Especially that hand grasp you like so much behind your back… it is then uncomfortable for a couple hours. I thought maybe doing it a couple times it would ease up. So do I carry on till it gets use to this or should I not place my hands behind?

    I got a question for ya, do you have any power yoga videos of yours that don't have too many vinyasa flows that are like 30 minutes long? Vinyasa is great, dont get me wrong, its just that my shoulders have been a lil cranky so I'm looking for more balancing flows really.
