Hi Chris, been following thenx for a long time and I'm very thankful of the gains I've made. I would like to see more HIIT workouts, they're highly effective and I feel super through out the day. One more thing, I never see you doing windshield wipers, do you prefer other exercises that you find more effective? Peace

Do crossfit style ring rows accomplish the same thing as Australian pull ups? I dont have access to a low bar like that (unless someone in the southwest Houston area knows of a park with calisthenics bars). I suppose the problem with ring rows is that your body can flail around.
Australian Pull-ups 10 rep Schapula shrugs 15 rep and hold the last One arm schapula shrugs a couple (5-8 rep) One arm Australian Pull-ups 10 rep on each side Australian chin-ups close grip 15 rep Push-ups 20 rep ( as many as you can with proper form)
