  2. Hi Chris, been following thenx for a long time and I'm very thankful of the gains I've made. I would like to see more HIIT workouts, they're highly effective and I feel super through out the day. One more thing, I never see you doing windshield wipers, do you prefer other exercises that you find more effective? Peace

Person which found your channel is already a winner, because he/she can learn so so much completely for free, can be so so much motivated completely for free, this channel is better than lottery, because every video you got so so much knowledge and every video is every person a winner 🙂 peace 🙂

  4. Do crossfit style ring rows accomplish the same thing as Australian pull ups? I dont have access to a low bar like that (unless someone in the southwest Houston area knows of a park with calisthenics bars). I suppose the problem with ring rows is that your body can flail around.

  5. Australian Pull-ups 10 rep
    Schapula shrugs 15 rep and hold the last
    One arm schapula shrugs a couple (5-8 rep)
    One arm Australian Pull-ups 10 rep on each side
    Australian chin-ups close grip 15 rep
    Push-ups 20 rep ( as many as you can with proper form)

  6. Bro what type of metal are your bars made of? I'm planning to build one for myself. Ever since I watched your videos, I became fully committed to calisthenics. And that decision was the best I have ever made for myself. Spark more positivity, everyday!
