Whenever I see Tia-Clair Toomey on the list of competitors I know it is going to be boring to watch because there is no competition between her and the other competitors. It is alot more exicting to compare Tia-Clair Toomey with the men and their performance… she is such a beast it is unreal. A video game should be made with Tia-Clair Toomey as the main character.
Im not gonna lie many look like men with women's heads photoshopped on i wonder how many take or used to take testosterone supplements, still from a training perspective good upper body strength.
I love that we have the mediums to communicate that we do! This is so awesome to be able to close the gap between spectator, fan and/or aspiring athlete and the people that we love and aspire to watch, cheer and be like! Thank you guys for being amazing human beings!
high quality video! next time try to frame the interviews differently or in entirely different areas of the gym ect. it will not only help with transitions between shane and tia but it will give the viewer a better idea of where they are. great stuff!

You really can do anything you put your mind to. I did a partner workout with my wife today that would never have been possible a year ago. I almost threw up but I did the workout. The toughest thing is getting off your but and going to the gym.
