  1. Ouch. My arms definitely felt this after all the workouts I’ve done today to catch up on the days I’ve missed. Pushed myself hard and now I’m feeling pretty accomplished. Yass, I’m done! #FBAbs2 Day 11 complete! 17.05.19

  2. I have to say your workouts are my favourite out of all those on Youtube because you actually explain things as you go. I know what to do and what not to do as far as posture goes because you tell me as I'm working out. It's really helpful, especially when it's about glutes and back muscles. So thanks! 🙂

  3. Thank you for using this lady, it made the workout feel real and her display of exhaustion was relatable, unlike some others where they make it seem like it's so easy. This is definitely a good one for beginners like me plus she's entertaining lol

  4. This was perfect. Cause honestly, I get tired of going in the basement to lift weights. 😂 And sometimes I need to work a certain body part, but don’t feel like it. For some reason, doing upper body isn’t my favorite, so this was a nice break from the dungeon.

  5. Thanks you guys, for this perfect and quick upper body workout! It was just right for adding on to a 60 min cardio workout, when I was feeling like I wanted to do a little strength training. Love you guys so much <3
Kelli, I hope you are feeling better. Will you do a video at some point, to let us know how things are going for you health-wise?

  6. This is good. I can do 2 short programmes concentrating on the same muscle groups. Nice bit of variety. Thanks guys. I usually look for your 30+ min vids.
