I have to say your workouts are my favourite out of all those on Youtube because you actually explain things as you go. I know what to do and what not to do as far as posture goes because you tell me as I'm working out. It's really helpful, especially when it's about glutes and back muscles. So thanks! 🙂

This was perfect. Cause honestly, I get tired of going in the basement to lift weights. 😂 And sometimes I need to work a certain body part, but don’t feel like it. For some reason, doing upper body isn’t my favorite, so this was a nice break from the dungeon.
