  1. Hi,
Fatty Here love the intro. I am a 35-year-old mother of two I have been struggling to lose 328 pounds I lost it once before dropping down to 289, but my family got involved and felt I should see a doctor because I lost the weight to fast, I was doing intermittent fasting at this time. I would love it you if I could reach out to you for QUESTIONS and or ENCOURAGEMENT. I am ready to do the Snake diet no talk out this time!!!!!

  2. Everybody listened to mainstream media and got scared of going into "starvation mode". 24 years ago they showed body builders cutting by eating 6 meals a day. Now everybody is screwed. Thinking their bodies and brains would work better if they snacked. 12 years ago they took physical ed. out of schools.

  3. Thank you so much cole for the snake diet thanks to you I've lost 51 pounds I'm 15 and was and still am over wight I was 289 pounds and thanks to you in 2 months I am now 238 and on day 7 of my 20 day snake juice fast cw 238 gw 200 age 15 hight 6 foot 5 ( and no that's not a lie) and I can't tell you how thankful I am truthfully.

  4. Look, if you want to lose weight, and fast, listen to this guy. Once you start losing weight, and you get to where your goal with, tweak Snake Diet to fit your lifestyle.

  5. ATTENTION COLE! TYPE 1 DIABETICS CANNOT DO THIS DIET! THEY CAN DIE FROM KETOACIDOSIS! I'm NOT talking about type 2 diabetes, they may benefit and at least 6 people I know have lost a to ton a weight and are very happy with the results. This is a wonderful diet for them and DOES WORK and they love it! However…. Please, please recommend that Type 1 diabetics should NEVER be on this diet and please don't encourage it. People don't understand that diabetes 1 and diabetes 2 are really 2 different things. I know this because I am a nutritionist, diabetes educator and a type 1 insulin pump user for 39 years. The body is very complex in us type 1's (inparticular) and by flushing ketones through our urine can quickly turn into ketoacidosis (a poisonous state) which is deadly and one of the leading causes of death in diabetics. Please do your research and please people don't ever do this diet if you're a type 1 (specifically) diabetic!! Everyone else have at 'er because it is a great diet that does work! P.S. The process that happens in a type 1 with this diet is too much to explain so you have to educate yourself and anyone you know of the dangers, but only if they're type 1. Type 2 can benefit for sure. Thanks for reading.

  6. Hi Cole, I'm starting my 3rd water fast again today so I won't be a FAT PIG. I made it 4 days last time. I'm sold. This goes against everything I've ever heard but it works so I don't give a FAT FUCK! Thanks. I like your style. 😉

  7. I need help I have hit a stall of some sort? Barely losing. I'm walking 1 hr a day. Lifting light weight 3 days a week. My refeeds are zero carb. About 1/2 cup chopped pork 3 times a week. Should I try adding carbs?

  8. I equate weight loss to time. So at 192 lbs and the last time I was 1992 it was 1989. My motivation theme song is Back in Time from Huey Lewis. As opposed to 259 lbs in 2009.

  9. Where MOST mess up and crash is when it comes to CONSISTENCY !!! Most can and do crazy diets that end up just causing them more harm then good because for one, what they try is WAY TO EXTREME for their own experience AND two, because of that, they RARELY get anything good out of it and most times ending up worst then they first started.

If the majority followed a healthy lifestyle that they actually CAN handle (we are all different), MOST would successfully lose the body fat they wish to lose.

On my end, I've been doing one day fasted and do light cardio sessions on that day and then the next day, I do some weight lifting and eat MY necessary daily calories so I don't lose any muscle mass while I'm losing body fat thanks to using weight scale feed back and measuring tape every so many days. It took practice and I did make some mistakes at start (which is PERFECTLY NORMAL) but once I got it dialed in for MYSELF, I'm doing really good now a days :).

To me, it isn't about HOW FAST you can lose the weight but INSTEAD about KEEPING what you worked so hard to achieve for the rest of your life instead of being a yoyo and just keep going up and down in weight (happy and then depressed … happy and then depressed etc.). Mental health is IMPORTANT and if you don't treat your body in a healthy way GUESS WHAT, you're harming your own mental health in that same process.

  10. I saw some comments: "oh why is cole about money now, dont let money change you " well I say:EFF YOU. Stop justifying yourself and questioning what doesnt pertain to you. Cole is gracious with his info and if you CAN donate to him DO IT!
