  1. @holly dolke somone please help me !! heres the situation, i am nearly 15 years old and i weigh 59 kg , i really want to lose my belly pooch because every time i do an ab workout i get in a negative mindset i have decided to do this for a month and slim down a bit but its really hard to know what works because everyone on youtube says something different . i cant go to the gym so i only do at home workouts . i would like to do it as quick as possible but i know it will take a while . and i cant really change my entire diet and if possible i would love to get a thigh gap aswell before october thank you

  2. Hi Holly , I really need your help 😕 . I have been struggling with a small amount of bloating in my lower stomach , but I am too scared to try a detox drink in case it doesn’t work and actually just bloats me even more . Because Gabriella Whited drank apple cider vinegar , and she bloated even more . Can you please give me advice ? I’m not over weight or anything but I want to feel confident again 😭 . Please help

  3. this workout is really effective! I don't usually sweat that much but after doing this short workout…I sweated like crazyyyyyy ….I'm gonna do this twice!

  5. I love this but I fee like dying! It's still above 90°F for us so yeah 😂 All in all this is a great workout! I was wondering approximately how many calories do you burn with this? Twisting Knee Crunches were my fav btw, I feel like I'm doing karate 😆👊

    I had back injurie in January and amm still recovering.
    But this workout is.superb…
    I am stil not able to do exercize on the flor so this is perfect.
    I am not so fast as you advise.in video but eventuĺy I wil got there.
    Not to mension that folowing day my muscels are burning-so i works!!!!
