  2. Hello ma'am. I need to confirm one thing that is, I buy many products from big baskets which I can't get easily in market. So when I searched for cinnamon it showed product of "Kapiva Ayurveda" and "Nutty Yogi". Can I use any of these instead of nutriwish's cinnamon Honey??? Or Nutriwish's product have any better nutrients. Whatever U suggest I have no problem.

  3. Morning drink: 1tsp chia seed+ 1 tsp Himalayas pink salt + juice of half a lemon
    Breakfast: 6 prunes and bring to a boil in 150ml of water + 5 Tbsp of oats + 1 tsp of flaxseed + 1tsp of cocoa powder+ yakult or any probiotic drink
    Lunch: 1 cup of chickpeas+ I cup of yogurt + shredded cucumber + 1/2 tsp of basil seeds + 1tsp of Himalayas pink salt + 1tsp pepper + shopped mangos and ginger
    Evening: bowl of watermelon + 1tsp of honey with cinnamon extract + 1 Tbsp of soaked basil seeds and have on cup of match tea
    Dinner:1 Tbsp of oat + ginger+ chilli and coriander to make a smoothie
