  2. I recommend throwing in some shoulder stretches with a resistance band in the warm up to protect the shoulders for upper body days!! I feel more safe when I know I’ve warmed up my shoulders because I know I’ll be using them for almost all exercises

  5. Thank you for this workout! I go to a CrossFit box and we don't have machines. I was wondering what's a good alternative for workout (2a)? Also for (4b)? For (4a)is it ok if I do dumbbell rows?

  7. ayyy girl get it! Love the outfit once again. Which form of chest press do you prefer? on the ground or on a bench. Im used to doing it on a bench but Im going to have to try on the ground and see how that feels 🙂
