  2. I didn't feel like my first workout was enough, so I tacked this onto the end since I already had my mat and dumbbells handy and wow that was tough for such a quick workout! Thanks FitnessBlender!

  3. Hey, there is a slight pain in my right ankle and lower leg area. I feel it sometimes when I take a step. It's not bad at all, however I want to be safe. Should I avoid any leg workouts? And any high impact ones as well?

  4. I really want a flat body but also feel as ligt as a feather… I am 172 centimeter and weight 63 kilogram. That's healthy, I know, but I'm not light. Is it possible to lose weight and build muscles at the same time? (Sorry for my bad english)

  5. My problem is that my upper body is smaller than my lower. And my challenge is when I try the Jackknife Crunches or similar exercises, when the legs are going down they also pulling my upper body. How do I overcome this? I try to lift one leg at a time to minimise the challenge but I feel like I'm not doing it well. Help pleAse

  7. There are dozens of workouts on this channel how can I know what suits me?

    I will resume going to the gym in a month after I stopped for more than a month and I want to restore some strength before I go back and also my flexibility is horrible so I want to improve that too

  8. Question: Do we have to use protein powder to gain muscle/abs? I have lots of loose skin (two kids to close together) and I want to be able to tone it up as much as possible. I've just started your 2 month program. And before starting the program I had already lost 15lbs using your videos.
