PLS need some advice ?: I've been training for 1 month full body workout – Monday – Wednesday – Friday – For each day this is my Trainings Plan — 3 different leg exercises – 3 different back exercises – 3 different chest exercises – 3 shoulder exercises – and 2 biceps exercises – This is my whole body workout in a weak. Do I have to do 2 exercises instead of 3 exercises per 3 times training a week and each part of the training that i mention? Or should I continue 3 exercises for 2 to 3 months?

Great workout program. It seems to me though that biceps were a little bit forgotten.
What can I do instead of the dead lift? I don't want to do dead lifts, afraid of hurting my back. Any suggestions guys?

Would it be prudent to do form of cardio or recovery cardio in between each day?
