  1. I had a fun Rock themed day eating some of the typical meals and cheat foods from the Rock's diet and follow leg workout like the Rock. All while wearing Project Rock apparel 😉 I hope that you enjoy the video and look forward to hearing your feedback

  2. Please do not take this as any judgment on clothes. I had a shirt custom made by Zazzle.com which has a picture of a colossal beer belly with a red international cross-out circle surrounded by images of McDonald's, Coke, Pepsi, Kellogg's fruit loops, and the like My wife won't let me wear it to a public gym because she does not want me to come home in a body bag full of bullet holes. I built my own gym at home and in the summer I workout nude which you can't do in a commercial gym. But I have a weakness for 19th Century clothes to look like I am in a Jules Verne novel. I will look up Sinister Lab pancakes to see if they are gluten free the way the gastroenterologist who told me I have celiac tells me. (I don't miss gluten containing foods anymore.)

  3. Scott you should stand next to him…I'm 6ft 2 and I felt small !! He is a super nice guy and really genuine. He is a graduate of my alma mater, the University of Miami. He played football for the Canes from 1991 to 1993 I believe. He's spoken several times at football banquets and other alumni lunches & dinners.
