I just bought your ebook but I’ve already been “training” at home for about 6 months now so I stuck an upper body lift day and a short run in between the sweaty shredder and toning power and my bum is still a little bit sore lol. You said in this video you were sore, so do you think soreness affects progress?? Tysm ❤️

  2. Im really interested to know how your pelvic floor (prolapse) can handle all of that high impact and bearing down. Or if its something you're managing or have already reversed 🙂

  3. I did this workout today, so challenging!
    I got through maybe 60-70%
    I'm going to do it once a week now to see how much I can improve and end up doing the whole 100% of the workout! 🙂

  4. Sarah I have been watching your videos, I just purchased the sweat it to shred it. I am so extremely obese so I am embarrassed to join a gym can i just do your exercises at home till i lose some weight. Do you think that is a good idea. Any recommendations are completely accepted.
