  1. My biggest problem is not knowing what to do to work out. I feel ridiculous every time I do. This work out guided me and pushed me. I am grateful to have access to this kind of motivation for free and in the comfort of my own home. Seriously, this is invaluable to me. I had a great workout and I am pouring sweat!

  2. Great workout. I normally exercise at the gym in boot camp classes, but my babies were sick so I couldn't take them today. I supplemented this with a 10 minute free weight arm video after. I definitely felt the burn!
