  1. I just did this workout and it's great! But, I always have issues with floor ab work affecting my lower spine. My spine sticks out a little bit and my back isn't flush with the floor and the constant pressure causes pain on my spine after awhile. Recommendations for modifications would be appreciated.

  2. Well I see that loads of people have already commented on the music, soI am not saying anything new but great workout… shame about the music… its really annoying 🙁
