  1. Eddie’s estimation of what 10 seconds actually is is about 9 seconds too short lol. And he just keeps making so many excuses on why he can’t do lifts lately. Blaming his pec, blaming hydration, blaming lack of sleep or food, blaming tweaked this and tweaked that. Like come on man, just lift and then don’t lift and say you’re moving on to the next lift.

  2. Just watched the video I'm a little bit behind but it looked at one point the kid was gonna pass out but hung on. I'd love to train with eddie and get some advice on how to improve
