  1. I really like this workout Leslie and do it everyday as it suits me but all the cooing and and the unnecessary bantering about the walkers esp in the screeching voice is a torture . Listening to it daily is unbearable!

  2. I’ve been working out to her videos consistently for about 3 weeks and have already lost 6 pounds! I’m so excited. After having my baby I haven’t felt confident being so overweight.

  3. Been doing this everday for 3 weeks paired with a 7 minute low intensity work out and an 8 min work out at night. I can feel my waistline again! Thank you Leslie! This workout is definitely effective!

  5. I am 4 months out from my second knee replacement in a year and this morning I did the one mile! I am so excited. I used to do the 3 mile every day before my knees went out. It's been a long time but I'm excited to get back! Thanks for this video. It's perfect!

    But I liked the previous 'One mile walk' video more, as it slowly increased the level a
    nd took me with it from whichever energy conditions I came in..
    This one suddenly jumps into high energy mode, which is a little difficult sometimes..
