  1. This looks great! Love the walks using light weights and resistance bands! Can't wait to do this later! I just got finished doing the Walk 15- 3 mile Express. All of the Walk at Home workouts are helping me to maintain my big weight loss and stay in shape at home with no gym membership. Thank you for posting! ❤️❤️❤️

  2. I love these videos with these guys ..love leslie too , but you can barely hear the music on hers . and the two on the right look great over them .. what is their eating plan ..
