  2. I just recently discovered you and your many varied workout videos. As a 56 year old girl getting back in shape I appreciate the many choices. I have lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks and I know moving my body is the only way to do it. Thanks again for such motivating words and attitude and instruction.

  3. Thanks for this great workout! Sometimes, especially with the step, I feel like some of the 'beginner' workouts aren't really, and all the complicated steps are overwhelming to me. Not this one, this was perfect! Great workout with varied moves that even we thoroughly-uncoordinated can take a reasonable stab at performing. I needed a few quick water/catch my breath breaks, but feel very accomplished I got this done today. I will be back!

  4. Great workout! I dig the arm movement additions. Time frame of 25 min really doable for busy life. Makes my whole day better fitting this in. Keep rocking!

  5. Don't know if it's just me but the video quality isn't that great, it's kind of blurry. All your other outdoor videos are sharp and high definition quality. Regardless, a great workout as always.

  6. Thanks for this sweaty new exercise! 😊 Although I' m more on a basic to intermediate stepping level, I'm thankful for this new training unit, especially because of the fun arms! 💪💪
    I will give this a try this evening, by using small dumbbells for the arm-movements as an extra training.
    Once again, I'm really happy about having found such a fabulous and sympathetic instructor. Stay as you are, Jenny! 💟💟
