  1. No Jane Fonda? I'm pretty sure everyone I knew had a copy of her workout somewhere in their house. Teen girls habitually hared every vid we could find in the hopes that one would miraculously make us perfect after a couple tries. And while all our brothers mocked us for it, many secretly did the workouts when we weren't around. So much fun catching them mid weird ass wiggle or leg wobble!! LOL

  2. I would have loved to see you guys do Denise Austin Buns of Steel or 15 Minute Workouts etc…I used to yell at her “bitch, why are you smiling?” That shit hurt so bad lol

  3. Seems like women had more freedom during the 80's. They could wear more revealing clothes, without being sexually harrassed on the street by Oriental men. It was okay that women had a sexual life back then, without being called "slut" by Latino, & Oriental immigrants. Muslims have partly damaged western feminism.

  4. How is it that nobody realizes the grannies, all that coordination, I mean, they are old people!! it is obvious the is not difficult for young people, I hope to be old and can even walk and jump or spin 🤔😂.

  6. I think it would be awesome and potentially funny if you did a video on what exercise will look like in the future or if someone from the future were to do a videos series like this what would they find from our decade

  7. I think the dancing grannies videos was probably meant to be more focussed on any type of movement than it was an actual workout routine. I can see how those movements would be beneficial for circulation and as a mild cardio for elderly people.
