  1. Did you do a video on the cost of eating whole foods? When You are on an income that is below poverty having sometimes only $200 for food for the month – 2 people. We have a garden, which helps, but the cost of that is not cheap.

  2. This video encouraged and motivated me so much. I’m 30 (will be 31 in December) and currently 154 lbs, the heaviest I’ve ever been… I identify with how you were during the beginning stages before you lost the weight and the information you provided has really helped me to get on track and want to stay in track. Thank you so so much for this. Sometimes it’s difficult when you have a sedentary job and live in a place where you have to drive everywhere (this contributed to my weight gain, when I lived in a city I was in the best shape ever because I walked everywhere) but I’m determined to lose this weight and be healthy! Thanks again🥰 Lots of love from Northern California

  3. I tell myself I don’t have time for you today anxiety, I have too much life to live and keep going. When I need to do something need doing. It starts: I don’t want to do this, it will take too long, etc. Here again, I tell myself quit wasting time whining and do it!

  4. I agree with a lot of your points, but what about When you cannot shut that brain down, Or you’re restless, maybe try to do some research on that and see if you can help us with that, so that we don’t have to get medication for that

  5. I lost 14 Kilos following much the same you said Ria and can reinforce that this is absolutely correct. By avoiding refined carbs and sugar , i believe even hormone related metabolic imbalances can also be reversed. The old times in India were correct when food was not an indulgence and people moved a lot…these are the bane of modern times

  6. I’m on my first week of my diet/ lifestyle change because my doctor told me I have to start now (29 y/o) to avoid high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and risk of heart disease. Already lost 3 pounds and I just feel lighter overall
