  1. Bravo! Excellent teaching! This is the best explanation I've seen anyone give regarding "how" to hula hoop! I use big, heavier ones around my waist and lighter, smaller ones for other tricks. I always want to help people who can't seem to succeed in keeping it going around the waist, and I'm going to share this video and your explanations to help them. You are an excellent teacher!! Bravo! And thank you!

  2. 4 weeks! I feel a lot better now, I've been trying for a few days and no way can I get the hoop to go round for more than 3 rotations, which I think is more momentum than me having anything to do with it. 😉 I'll keep on going, as it is fun, and until then  – I'm getting a great workout picking the hoop up from the floor. 😉
