    The artificial sweetener in your diet coke is what is bloating you. If you give it up, I bet you notice the bloat goes with it. 😁

  2. Your tea is getting the carbs from the veggies/starches in it. Believe me if the food companies could tell you zero carbs in everything we eat & drink they would! Count everything! Keep up the great work!

  3. The carbs come from the roots. Ginger, rhubarb and lime is def carbs. Not policing you. Just answering your question. I was drinking a squeeze of lime in all my water then I looked up the macros of lime🙀 I cut that out immediately! Do your thing. You look great!

  4. Coffee has 2 carbs before any creamer or sweetener. I learned that on the back of the star bucks and trader joes cold brew bottles and they are just cold ntewed coffee and nothing else. Sneeky carbs huh!!🙄
