  1. Lisa, Thanks! I have a lot of these ingredients already and added a lot of your stuff to my grocery list. I love eating healthy! It makes us feel so energized and healthy! I'm going to start making the chia pudding and oatmeal combo. One recipe they add in some vanilla extract too everything you use. The vanilla really enhances it! 🙂 Also try some Roasted Sesame Oil in this salad and your salads. You can find that in the Asian department. It's GREAT in stir fry too. It adds a nutty flavor. 🙂

  2. O wow! That makes us 2! I do have hypothyroidism. The only thing that really worked for me is IF. Eating once a day has really helped me, and working out 6 days a week. That sucks having sensitivity to foods I have them, i stay away from gluten, fats, fast food especially, sodas, sweets those are poisonous to our bodies.

  3. This video has helped inspire me! I’m on a journey toward healthy eating and getting rid of processed foods. I like how you said you’re eating “nutrient dense foods”. That phrase guides me when thinking about food choices. Thank you!

  4. I would just suggest holding off on the lemon and vinegar til you’re ready to eat, especially if you’re making a big batch! Otherwise it’ll get soggy! Thanks for the video!

  5. Your problems are from bring plant based. It ruined my digestion. Meat digests in a way plants never will. You have eaten your way into hasimotos. It's unfortunate but straight truth. My life no longer revolves around this like yours still does. Save yourself. Please.

  6. I think we all loved this video. Letting us learn with you keeps us happy. Most of us are very new to healthy eating and hate to cook but, you have inspired us. The smile on your proud face was priceless. Thank you .
