  1. With back injuries I've always tried to constantly remind myself to concentrate on hip stability and having level balance. When I become tired stability wanes and back aches begins then running efficiency steadily declines. Hopefully, this workout will help.

  2. Really great combo. I love the anti-rotation exercise!! Any ideal weight for the band? I know it will mostly depend on an individual’s strength, but just wondering what could be a good band weight for a male – 6’2” and 180 pounds?
