I am not 100 percent sure but i think that this trailer is based on the Elevator Game. A game where u go to an elevator and have to go to specific floors in a specific order once u reach the 5th floor a woman will enter the elevator who u are not aloud to interact with in any way once u finish u get off at the tenth floor where u will enter another dimension or parallel universe of some sort. I think that the first two women who entered the elevator where both playing the Elevator Game and thats why neither of them talked to the lady in the pink suit. Their is a lot of trailers that give away most of the plot, while leaving the viewer to believe they dont need to watch it for the reason they feel as if they already watched most of it and didnt enjoy it. This trailer does a great job on making the viewer question the movie and feel the need to seek answers. More so then understanding a lot of elements of the movie and feel nothing compelling towards it. A very great strategy that's subtle, but very effective.
