I loved this!! I can't get over how awesome it is that you have this as a video. The captions are so true to all of the other yoga with Adriene videos. This absolutely made my day.
Thanks, Adriene. That's a super cool yoga in the office session. I have this persistent neck pain that makes you dizzy, and pain in the hips. Your sequence made me feel much better. It would be great if you would record your voice, or make any sign on the sound to alow for following without looking at the screen. <3
I noticed myself almost get emotional with this video … even as I type this my eyes watered. Adriene, thank you for TRUE yoga. It's not only the asana .. it's also how you invite in a gentle self-awareness, breathwork, intention .. "a little goes a long way" has become a HUGE mantra for myself and for my clients. I was feeling so overwhelmed and over caffeinated at work today, and after doing some breathwork then watching this video a TOTAL shift occurred. It's like my inner child is thanking me for listening. I seriously love you and your work. Thank you for being an online medicine to millions of viewers.
I agree with others that the sequences are wonderful, but some unobtrusive signal when it’s time to return to the video and do the next move would be great! A bell sounds perfect!
I adore your videos. I wish there was some kind of noise to know when to come back to center, but I am sure as I use this video I will get used to the timing!
I am currently in the middle of the 30 Day Challenge. Halfway there. I had a chance to practice my yoga in the morning and have been at my desk for the past 12 hours – studying, working. So tired and overwhelmed, I was almost in tears and then I remembered you. Knew you'd have a solution for this. Thank you so much. Appreciate you and sending beautiful, wondrous vibes your way.
Seriously terrible format. I'm supposed to follow along and have to read this the entire time?? I would like to be able to sit my phone down. Do a voice over or something. Or why cant she just talk??
Adriene, your videos are a life saver. And this one most of all. 6 minutes of self care is often literally all I have time for at my crazy busy desk job. Now that I found this video I'll be using it daily, several times a day. But Adriene: re-make please!! I beg of you. With sound! I want to hear your beautiful instructions. Too hard to follow; stressful to have to keep looking at the screen and wonder if I'm releasing yet or not. Please please. This 2014 classic video is begging for a 2019 remake that involves a microphone!!!! 🙂 Thanks again! <3 <3 <3
Awesome video, does anyone know the name of the first song? Namaste!
Just starting on my yoga adventures 💜 any positive advice for a beginner? Thank you for sharing! 😉
My life saver
Good job dear
Great Video! Next time please speak in the video because I can't follow you while I am not looking at the monitor/screen by turning away or bent over.
This is just the best ❤️
Loved this! Thx so much
Love this little ditty!
A very restful brief moment for self in a busy morning

I want to re-like this every day!!!
Can we get an updated version of this? Maybe with some new moves?
This is exactly what I needed today – THANK YOU! Love the music and visual vs. audible prompts ❤

I love how easy this is to do at work (and not have to have volume!). Thank you 🙂
Feeling overwhelmed with trying to keep everyone happy at work. I needed this as a reminder to take care of myself too…
