This video was such a gem, as a beginner it was encouraging and simple enough that I could just follow along to her voice to understand what was happening.
Hi! I started doing your Yoga for Beginners video last week and I am really enjoying it! I was wondering if you have suggestions as to where I can go from there? I'm super new to yoga and so it's a little hard to do some of it, but I want to keep going 😊 Thank you for any help you can give me!
This routine is not good for people who have bad knees and wrists! I haven't been able to sit on my heels or be on my hands and knees for longer than 30sec or so. Guess, I'll find a different exercise.
Skipped my workout today due to a hangover so I thought I’d try a yoga routine I found to relax after work. This is not that routine. Two seconds in I was immediately unable to do the poses because of how inflexible I am. And while I didn’t do a perfect job with these poses either it was honestly really enjoyable and calming. Might have to do this every night before bed!
I'm 35yrs old and have chronic pain everyday from back and neck injuries (years old). My massage therapist advised me to try yoga. I am giving it a shot. Hoping for less painful days ahead.
Tuning into alternate channels of refreshing the body. Cardio & weight training is awesome but flexibility, posture, balance, and clarity through Yoga is in a league of it's own. Truly enjoyed this much, as I embark on a very specific and tailored to me life style that I have put together after a few years now; including Keto, Intermittent fasting and organic whole foods cooking. I'm trying out yoga, pilates, walks/hiking, & swimming on my aunt flo days and ovulation week and alternating in between with cardio and weight training on the off weeks. Bike tires are filled and the plush carpet in the spare bedroom is helping with the "pressing into the earth" Here's to another year, taking a day at a time! <3
Thank you sooooo much for this!!!!!
I am here because my physio made me lol

Well im glad im home. I farted at downward dog.
Love this!
Many instructors have taught me not to bounce when in pose, since it can cause injury
I love how at some points in the video she shows her real voice (which has a thick southern accent) before going back to her calling yoga voice
