  2. I felt i needed this practice not bc of gas or ibs but just because i ate too much chocolate pudding and ice cream. I felt soo full and uncomfortable but this practice helped me feel alot more comfy before bed, note to self don't over eat before bed, do it waay before. Thanks SB 💓👌😖🔥

  3. This is just what I needed. I always feel awful and look 5 months pregnant after I eat greasy foods (had fried chicken last night) and amazingly after this sequence, my stomach is back to its normal flat shape and I feel so much better!!!! Thank you so much for uploading this!!!!!!

  4. I have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and even the most clean foods can even trigger me at certain times in life. I’m gonna do this a few times a week and see how I feel. Thank you for this! 💚

  7. omg thank you so much. Couple hours ago I was having really bad bloating problems in my upper stomach. It was so hard to sit still. Once I starting doing this, I began to throw up and most of my pain went away.
