  3. Would love a yoga class for tennis players 🎾☺️ I play tennis and as it is an intense sport I always feel like stretching my body that’s been challenged during the game.

This might seem weird but for some reason upward facing dog always intimidates me, i always get in my head about it when I'm going into the pose but this practice really help me with it, I did it and I held up my hips without thinking about the shape and if I'm going it right and it was wonderful, I've been practicing yoga daily for 8 months but started trying it for almost 2 years watching Adriene videos and that no kind of time compared to yogis doing it for years and all their lives, but I've realised that with yoga everything is a process, sometimes it's long and sometimes it's not as long but non the less we never stop learning or improving the "simple postures" cause really nothing is just simple, it just that we get better at it with time and effort, the more we practice the less effort needed and the more ease we find in the postures. I read the tree of yoga by b.s.k iyengar and he spoke about that and I totally understand it more now so thank you Adriene for helping me change so much in my life with this practice and much love to you and benji and everyone, Namaste 💕💞💓💗💖🐶❤🙏

  5. Day 20 of Reunite, also today is the twentieth day of consecutive practice. That's the longest streak I have! I'm a bit proud of myself because there were days when I was like "nah, I'm tired, not doing it" but then I found the willpower to do it. Yes, I have all the tools I need and I do also have an amazing online yoga instructor. I'm thankful Adriene, you're doing something amazing.

  6. Well, that was super fun!! Thanks, Adriene!! Flash the cat and I especially enjoyed the pact stretch against the floor as Flash was able to flip and flop all over my extended arm while my face was turned away! Love your show!!

    Short & sweet practice today, I loved all of the yummy stretches.
    I hope to carry all of my own grocery bags at the age of 90.

  8. This practice for Day 20 of Reunite is wow super stretchy for my arms and shoulders indeed whole body ! The keen swimmers in my family, pool and sea, will love this. I shall pass it on 🏊‍♀️🏊🏻‍♂️😊 I really noticed a difference in my right and left side in one of those twists, left being stiffer ! A great quickie workout 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

  9. I really struggled to connect with the breath today… One of those days where you're challenged to accept where you are and stick with it. Still really enjoyed this practise, my body feels yummy and cleansed. Thank you!
