1. I have been wanting to get back into Yoga for awhile now. The first time i tried i really lost weight in 2 weeks and felt amazing. I reall enjoyed your video. I was suprised nothing was too difficult to do. I need to begin in the Am that is probably when i need to be awake.

  2. I turned 40 this year and work way too much. I joined the gym with no time to go.bit was a mistake. I decided to start yoga by myself this week and see where it goes. A few minutes everyday. I just want to say thank-you. For a first timer this video was great. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be doing this more.

  3. I find that sometimes I forget what yoga is all about… find what feels GOOD. too often I try to meet some kind of self-imposed quota of flexibility or strength…. this practice really reminded me of WHY I do yoga… to feel good, to connect, and to find happiness with where I am. thanks Adriene!
