  1. I just tried this workout. 👍🏿💪🏿 I'm about to turn 52 years old, I've been working out since I was 19, and I have competed in bodybuilding several times. Man, it's amazing! For only being 10 minutes long, it's intense (but manageable). Thanks for sharing this.

  2. Hey guys I’m new to the channel but from what I watch he said hedoes calisthenics and cardio after every workout to build functional muscles but would it be okay if I split it
    Example: on upper body day I would run and do calisthenic lower body workout and after leg day could do upper body calisthenics workout

  3. What are the odds of getting a H3 hearing waiver from any of the branches? Went to MEPs yesterday and got disqualified due to the hearing test failure. (Nothing is wrong with my hearing. Just couldn't distinguish between the beeps in my head and the beeps in the machine.) I was over thinking about everything at the time..

  4. No matter how many different people I watch, I always revert back to his. Why? He knows his stuff and yes, cardio SUCKS. I did this and believe me… I felt it!

  5. Thanks for uploading this video, I'm 42 and I was looking for something I could do everyday along with my regular training. This looks like it could be it. I'm excited to try this, thanks!
