  1. I did this one today and loved it thank you! I love the short 10-15 minute sessions, it fun to click on the options you give if we want to have a longer work out. Thank you for the continued reminder throughout the workouts to engage the core. It's so helpful🥰

  2. I watch your other 15 minute abs w no equipment from 12 months ago at least once a week and I love that this incorporates a 15s rest in between exercises. Thank you!!

  4. That was awesome, I love these style workouts my vote would be more like these. TABATA style excorsizes are more encouraging and you make out enjoyable or at least make me want to workout with you. Thanks.

  5. @madfit. Definitly 15 secs pauses Abs trainings are my thing..! Do you mind please doing one TOTAL CORE ABS 30 mins training with 15 secs pauses and then another TOTAL CORE ABS training but this time 40 minutes with 15 secs pauses? Or is it to much for our bodys and too much to ask? (I don´t mean it by your condition because I´m pretty sure you´ll rock it! But I want to see if I can rock it too :P) Thanks for the videos! And keep rocking it!!
