  2. The tomatoes in the chili recipe, are these stewed tomatoes? Diced tomatoes? All that's mentioned are " chopped tomatoes" and two tins of tomatoes. What's the translation in terms of things I can find on a shelf at the store?

    Especially for a vegan who goes to the gym 5x per week, isn't it a good idea to primarily use the beans that are highest in protein instead of a collection of beans?
    I found that kidney beans are 8% protein and many others are much less.
    (Im not trying to correct you. I'm inexperienced. Just asking)

  5. Tehniclly with beans and potatoes you can switch the meat. But you.ll loose weight and streanght. Our pancreas makes meat enzimes. With no meat the pancreas will get ill. I sugest vegan and a bit of fish. 90% veg 10% fish. Fish is healthy, no colesterol.
