I used furniture sliders as exercise slides, one item, two uses 😀 Regarding your pikes, very good! I was doing pikes on a yoga ball/wheel and currently don't have the stability (battling severe sciatica) to feel steady and posture gets lost. But these are much safer, I get to stay in posture and eliminate the thought of smacking the ground. Really helpful! Thanks for all you provide!
