  2. Just found this video and make a first round. Feel great and terrible at the same time. Good stretches and work on mobility, but my shoulder mobility is alarming – need to put the stick moves into my daily routine 🙂 thanks for new perspective!

  3. Mobility routine in the morning. Flexibility just before bed. Only started yesterday, but already feeling immediate effects after each routine. Love it. My chronic pains are becoming less. No more opiates for pain!

  4. Thank you for this great Routine. I‘m not able to do a Squat with my feets flat on the floor. I think because my ancles are so less mobil. Do you have some exercises for more feet Mobility? Thanks a lot! Greats, Nadine

  5. This routine, is one I absolutely swear by. A friend of mine showed me after a lift we did, the first lift I had done in years preparing for my half marathon coming up in October. No soreness the next day. I feel as if mobility, yoga, and stretching, all go overlooked. I use this routine daily as a cook down, and it boosts my recovery time, and I’ve become more flexible, with that I’ve gained more speed, and endurance. Thank you for what you do…

  6. I didn’t realize how immobile I am until watching this, will definitely be working on improving some of these seem impossible even just a flat footed squat to get as deep as you do I have to be on my tiptoes or I just fall backward.

  7. I enjoyed this routine. Although a bit advanced compared to my level I managed to follobw along by modifying a bit and supporting me with yoga blocks for the lunges part.

  8. Just a tip, when doing goodmornings make sure to keep your gaze neutral, not staring too far in front of you and making sure not to drop the head either. Gotta protect that spine!!

  9. Been following your routines for around 2 or three months now and feeling significant benefits from them! Especially love the 20 minute mobility follow along. Thanks for your hard work Tom!

  10. You made my day, dear Tom – and not for the first time! The process of more flexibility is not coming fast but in the end it works through the every-day-routines – thank you!! for your motivation, for the fun that you bring with your videos and I wish you great success and always fun too – from Northern Germany, Claudia
