  1. Hey Tyrone I want to see a video of you learning the difference between an exercise and a workout. I know it's complicated so it may be a very long video but it's very hard to take you seriously, and literally no one should, when you can't grasp the most basic terminology.

  2. labeling something as “fat burning” is click bait. technically any work is “fat burning” because exerting energy causes you to use calories which leads to weight loss. be in a caloric deficit and exercise and you can lose weight. or be at maintenance calories and exercise to put yourself in a deficit and you can lose weight, it is literally that simple. also you say “nice and simple” like its going out of style😂😂😂

You DEFINITELY ARE NOT shredded anymore you have barely any muscle tone and also your cooking tutorial vids are complete and utter shit 🤣🤣🤣 especially that 'make your own protein shake' the only protein that was in it was the milk almond SEEDS (not nuts there a seed BIG difference) and raw eggs the rest was pure sugar you have also been on YouTube for over 5yrs and you have less then 350K subscribers? Yea i really dont think you know ANYTHING about what your talking about so glad i unsubscribed i rather take ACTUAL fitness advice from AthleanX over your shit that you try to sell also this is NOT a fat burning exercise you cant burn fat from just a 5min exercise everyday anyone who says otherwise your bullshitting yourself 5mins of cardio WILL NOT make you shredded
